About this role:

This position will be a part of the Growth Marketing vertical and manage analytics & reporting at Swiggy. The Growth team at Swiggy is a horizontal team that cuts across all existing and upcoming Swiggy verticals (Food, Instamart, etc.) primarily responsible for traffic, acquisition, and reactivation of users to the platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generating reports on business performance, feature adoption and impact assessment
• Create, improve, monitor and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Assist non-technical stakeholders in querying data from multiple sources
• Perform data QC and validation as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required Skills:

• 1- 2 years of experience in an analytics or similar profile
• Solid SQL fundamentals and hands-on experience using joins, aggregations and window functions
• Strong quantitative and analytical foundations, experience working with complex data
• Comfortable using Excel & Google sheets for advanced formulae, pivots and charts
• Some experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation and maintenance
• Ability and drive to learn and upskill quickly and consistently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and commitment
• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
• Experience with Python, GitHub, Databricks, etc. is good to have but not necessary
