Fullstack Developer

Salary: Up to £65,000 (Senior) / Up to £55,000 (Junior-Mid) - Negotiable based on experience

A global leader in insurance technology, this company is known for building advanced platforms that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. As part of major growth plans, they are establishing a new Web Portal team in Belfast, working on next-generation digital solutions for insurance clients in the US.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team, contribute to high-impact projects, and work within a globally integrated environment.

We're looking for two Fullstack Developers (React & Node.js) to join the new Belfast-based Web Portal Team within the Policy Centre division. This team will play a key role in designing and developing next-generation web portals for US-based insurance clients.

The project scope is still evolving - it could involve customising an existing guide portal or building a new platform from scratch. Either way, this is an opportunity to be part of something innovative from day one.

• Develop high-quality web applications using React and Node.js
• Work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration
• Collaborate closely with QA Testers, Business Analysts, and global development teams
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Ensure scalability, security, and best practices in development
  
  

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience with React
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Experience with Mobile Apps (iOS, Android etc.)
• Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial or insurance technology (ideal but not mandatory)
• Exposure to Devops, CI/CD etc.

Experience Level: At least 5+ years of relevant development experience is required for these positions.
