Human Resources Generalist

We are currently looking for a Head of HR to join a B2B energy supplier in their Bury office to cover maternity leave for 18 months.

Within this Head of HR role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support to the business, which involves the HR operations. You will also be ensuring compliance, laws, and regulations are kept up to date, liaising with external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Supporting managers with the recruitment process and full on-boarding.
• Employee Relations – Supporting management with concerns/issues that arise and full process.
• Performance Management – Assisting and identifying training needs for team members.
• HR Operations – Keeping the HR System up to date and generating reports for analysing data, trends, and supporting decision making.
• Benefits Administration – Processing and benefits program changes and enrolment.
• Compliance and Policy Management – Supporting the business with any changes in legal requirements.

Requirements

• Experienced HR Generalist
• CIPD qualified minimum L5
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Available for an 18 month contract
• Able to multitask and prioritise within a challenging environment
• Flexible approach to work
