For our Client in consumer Health industry we are hiring for Media Intelligence & Analytics Lead who will play an instrumental role in driving brand growth in the markets. While being an expert in digital analytics, she/he will be expected to have a good understanding of marketing strategy and planning.
Key Responsibilities-
Gold Standards and digital fundamentals
- Follow global guidelines and gold standards to build strong digital fundamentals and support Global to export "fundamentals excellence" in other top markets: website optimization, Social Media, KPIs tracking
- Provide digital industry benchmarks to ensure the brand is competitive in the digital space
- Identify and expose the marketing team to the newest local digital opportunities, latest technologies, rising trends
Digital Marketing
- In close collaboration with the local Marketing team, develop the local media planning and activate consumer-centric digital plans to support equity building and product (re)launches
- Manage digital fundamentals to reach Gold Standards: Website Content and SEO, Paid Search, SM presence
- Lead the adoption of global programs and the creation of digital activations for seamless execution of omni-channel digital campaigns including owned, paid, social and earned media targeting both Consumers and HCPs
- Set up and monitor global digital KPIs ensuring campaign efficiency and long-term effectiveness
- Manage local digital agencies Steer continuous optimization and gather learnings and insights
Analytics Management
- Day-to-day reporting of marketing efforts for spend, impressions, clicks, leads, and down funnel performance to marry this data to sales and revenue (actual and projections)
- Develop detailed, quantitative analysis while developing meaningful insights into business performance for marketing campaigns
- Create dashboards, campaign and website performance reports, along with data visualizations for presentations
- Monitoring and studying trends in digital media and marketing
- Provide variance and impact analyses of lead generation, cost, revenue, and contribution margin
- Manage daily and monthly reporting for media buyers and divisional leadership on marketing efforts, performance, and testing
- Work with the Digital Director to develop executive reports and insights to help market’s progress
- Continually evaluate and recommend possible marketing changes and point out insights to the marketing team that could positively impact the overall marketing/lead generation/optimization strategy
- Participate as a thought leader by sharing knowledge and best practices with the entire marketing team, leadership and business unit teams
Qualifications-
- University Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing focus or equivalent
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Digital-Ecom in Consumer Health, FMGG industries,
- Digital Consulting or Digital agency experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills
- E-Commerce Channel Dynamics (marketplaces, e-retailler, online pharmacies, dcommerce…)
- Paid media (display, paid search, influencers) and Search engine functioning and tools (i.e., Google Ads, search console, SemRush, UTM/Pixels…)
- Website management and analytics (high skills in CMS and GA)
- Detailed reporting of output vs outcome KPIs across owned, social, paid and earned
- Social media management and analytics platforms
- Has a real sense of urgency to deliver
- Strong creativity – thinks out of the box.
- Externally focused, has presence in meetings, transparent
