Senior Software Engineer

Rolling 6 month contract - up to $1100 per day!

Java/Kotlin/Spring/AWS/Mobile

We have partnered with a growing global tech company and we are looking for a Senior Kotlin/Java developer to join their high-performing team.

You will design, build, and maintain a robust Java/Kotlin backend, including open-source libraries and APIs. Your expertise in Kotlin/Java will drive the development of scalable microservices within a modern architecture.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java for microservice architecture.
• Skilled in designing and developing cloud-native applications.
• Experience with Bash scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Helm charts for infrastructure.
• Hands-on with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure.
• Proficient in Linux system administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Datadog (preferred).
• Awareness of security best practices or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.
