We are looking for an IT System Administrator / Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and help us to:

• administer crucial infrastructure for platforms, both on-premises and in the Cloud
• implement migrations, upgrades, and patches across all environments
• create/Manage new on-boarding projects
• assist a large user community with technical support
• ensure “lights-on” support-services are up and running for all environments
• help Define and Build automation routines to improve the service
• collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, hardware, platform services, and operations
• occasional on-call / weekend support is required to support critical activities during non-business hours
  
  

Your team
You will be working in the Data Platform Service, Site Reliability Engineering Team based in Zurich to engineer, operate, and support, in collaboration with our Global Data Management Service team, a Center of Excellence for data technologies and services based on Informatica products. We work closely with Product Engineering Teams, and you will be party to a new Center of Excellence for our Analytics. As a member of the Site Reliability Engineering Team, which has a global footprint and works with clients around the world, we will drive consistency across business divisions and optimize operations by providing timely, robust, cost-effective solutions to our clients. Your expertise

• confidence and mature experience working with senior stakeholders in an Informatica environment
• administer crucial infrastructure for Informatica platform
• excellent Knowledge on Informatica products likes PowerCenter, Data quality, IDMC (Informatica Cloud) and Azure services
• excellent working knowledge of UNIX/Powershell scripting, DB2/AzureSQL/PostgreSQL
• proficient with DevOps Tools (GITLAB, Azure DevOps, Nexus) with all phases of modern DevOps pipelines
• a confident communicator that can explain complex technologies to any audience
• bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in an Information Technology field
