Exciting Opportunity: Project Manager – Operation & Strategy
Our client who is a leading fintech global company is seeking a Project Manager, to join their Sydney team for an urgent 6-month contract. This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running already worked in Project Management with fast paced environment and multiple time zones with at least 7 years in global consulting company and or from Top 10 consultancy firm.
Role Overview:
Our Australian and ROW Strategy team is growing to support our strategic initiatives, business operations and commercial management as we continue to evolve.
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic and data-driven decision-making processes. This role directly works with our leadership team and is important to drive tangible results from our strategy for our business and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process ambiguous and varied data to define a business need and the direction to address it.
- Produce intuitive and compelling senior leadership communication (written and visual).
- Support driving strategy execution, business updates and reporting rhythms.
- Operations and administrative coordination all across the functions with workstream alignment.
- Work directly with our leadership team to influence and execute our business strategies.
- Working in c-suite with leadership team to manage various workflows while coordinating and collaborating delivery
We’d love to hear from you if:
- Have min 7 years of experience working in a management consulting capacity with or in support of senior management.
- Can find intuitive and engaging ways to present data and clearly communicate your recommendations.
- Thrive working with people and have an operational bias and passion to see theory translated into tangible business outcomes.
- You’re excited to dive into a mountain of data and come up with actionable insights.
- You aren’t afraid to suggest new ideas and propose experiments based on your findings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; you should be personable and passionate about your work.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Understanding of working with multiple time zones, preferably experience in Saas based organization
- Experience on working with word and Excel
- Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
Nice to have:
- Have prior experience in developing business cases or financial modelling in Excel.
- Have used analytic tools and languages (SQL, Tableau) or worked on similar tools working on spreadsheets
