The Role:
The Government Authority is seeking a Change Manager support the successful delivery of multiple change initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using the organisations Change Management Framework to support change management activities.
  • Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Management Office to document and communicate change activities.
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet project objectives.
  • Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Project Manager on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven ability to plan Organisational Change Management activities for process improvement change initiatives
  • Proven knowledge of organisational change management theories and practice, and the ability to work with senior managers, internal and external stakeholders and staff at all levels to drive change across the organisation.
  • Highly developed analytical, conceptual, written communication and presentation skills including the ability to tailor the message to the needs and interests of the audience in complex reports, papers and written and verbal briefings.
  • A demonstrated record of planning and managing the development, implementation and delivery of end user training artifacts and curriculums within a medium, complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes.
