Job Summary:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing food packaging that stands out. If you have a passion for visual design and understand how to capture a product's essence through packaging, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in creating 3D packaging, illustrations and 3D product models is a big plus. No formal degree or extensive experience is required—just a great portfolio and a passion for design!

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging Design: Create visually compelling and functional food packaging that reflects the brand’s identity, meets legal labeling requirements, and appeals to target customers.
• Design Visual Content: Create high-quality product images, infographics, and visual content that align with Amazon’s guidelines and enhance product listings.
• Brand Identity Development: Design packaging that helps build and maintain a cohesive brand image across all product lines.
• 3D Modeling and Mockups: Develop realistic 3D packaging mockups to showcase designs before production. This helps visualize the final product without needing physical prototypes.
• Design for Print and Digital Media: Ensure packaging designs are optimized for both physical packaging and online marketing platforms (e.g., product images for e-commerce websites).
• Video Creation: Produce short product videos, including animated videos or those based on image sequences, to showcase product features and benefits on Amazon.
• Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure the packaging meets both creative and functional requirements.
• Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay up-to-date on food packaging trends, sustainability practices, and packaging innovations to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive in the market.
• Quality Control: Review and proof designs to ensure high-quality standards and consistency across all packaging formats.
• Update and Optimize Listings: Regularly update and improve visual content based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Creativity: Ability to come up with innovative ideas for packaging that capture attention, enhance brand storytelling, and create an emotional connection with consumers.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure that all designs are accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and brand managers, to meet project goals.
• Time Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and manage workload effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Amazon’s content guidelines and basic knowledge of Amazon SEO.
• Print Production Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes, materials, and packaging formats.
• Branding Expertise: Ability to design packaging that not only looks great but also communicates key product benefits and values to consumers.
• Basic Knowledge of Food Safety/Labeling: Familiarity with regulations around food labeling and packaging requirements.
