We are seeking a People Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment and will be instrumental in enhancing employee experiences throughout their journey at our company. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving our people strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.

Responsibilities


  • Assist employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, addressing various employee-related topics
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Engage in performance management processes and advocate for a culture of continuous feedback
  • Manage wellbeing programs and collaborate with managers to address and prevent employee burnout
  • Offer consultations on People processes and policies when automated solutions do not suffice
  • Drive critical people processes such as onboarding and wellbeing, and support People projects and strategic initiatives
  • Provide support to People Partners on diverse projects and tasks
  • Analyze people data to identify trends and develop innovative solutions
  • Work closely with management and leadership to implement effective programs and initiatives
  • Promote and support diversity and inclusion activities
  • Deliver HR expertise in areas of feedback, employee relations, and consult with managers on performance management and retention strategies
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends in collaboration with business partners to develop impactful solutions and programs


Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Demonstrated passion for teamwork and exceptional communication skills
  • Skilled in managing complex and ambiguous situations with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Attuned to the needs of both employees and the organization with a strong listening capacity
  • Proficient in organizing and managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Capable of performing in a coaching role and delivering timely, meaningful feedback
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for data-driven decision making
  • B2+ level proficiency in English
