As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be responsible of project execution according to the customer contract and our internal processes. Your main key performance indicators will be keeping the agreed schedule, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and project profitability. Typically, you will manage your projects starting from sales support phase until to customer’s acceptance and lifecycle service phase. You feel great pride of your work quality and lead your team with your own example, which will be seen in the results your project team delivers to our customers as well.

These Positions Are Located In Tampere

Senior Project Manager

• With minimum 5 years’ experience of managing Automation delivery projects to lead our large-size projects
  
  

and / or

Project Manager

• With minimum 5 years’ experience of Automation delivery projects as Lead Engineer. We expect you to be able to manage Automation projects and be ready to grow in Project Manager Role and in the future take responsibility in larger projects as well.
  
  

Expectations

To be successful in this position you have proven track record:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of our processes and customers in energy, paper, pulp or marine industry
• Proven experience of Contract and Claim management
• Capability to lead international project teams, see the big picture and prioritize in changing situations
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills
• Strong business, and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to improve project profitability, sell add-ons and having experience in using project management tools
• PMP or IPMA certification is considered as benefit
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
  
  

We expect you to have fluency in Finnish and English language, both written and spoken.
