About The Role

We are looking for an Accountant, Master Data.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Maintaining and managing the financial master data within Marioff Group’s ERP system.
• Creating, updating, and ensuring accuracy of key financial records such as accounts, customers, vendors, cost centres and other master data.
• Perform relevant checks for master data like credit limits and running vendor names against sanction lists.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure accuracy in master data.
• Communicate with the various European business units’ finance teams within Marioff group to ensure alignment across the group.
• Adhere to internal control procedures and compliance requirements for financial master data.
• Perform regular data validation and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  
  

Role

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A relevant degree in the field of accounting.
• Minimum a few years’ experience in the field of accounting preferably from an international company including manufacturing operations.
• Fluent English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, knowledge of ERP systems
• Team player and an open-minded attitude, being able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Highly ethical personality & ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
