Summer Trainee, Data Platform Cloud DevOps Engineer

As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of Data platform devops engineers, gaining hands-on experience in defining cloud infrastructure-as-a-code, understanding DevOps practices and learn more about modern distributed Data Lakehouse architecture. This role is suitable for students with a strong foundation in cloud engineering, data management and a passion for learning more of the field.

Don’t hesitate to apply if you have completed your Bachelor Thesis and your Master studies are well in progress. Your discipline may be Information Technology, computer science, cloud-based software engineering or any related field.

We expect the candidate to work for around 4 months during 2024, based on availability and preference. The position is based in Espoo, with the possibility of conducting some work remotely.

This position focuses on the technological foundation required to develop and manage Data & Analytics capabilities in the cloud. You will have the opportunity to work with world-class tools like AWS and Databricks, gain hands-on experience with industrial-level applications, and receive guidance from a team of experienced professionals. Additionally, comprehensive support for technical training and certifications will be provided.
