Senior Product Designer (Growth) | Ecommerce | Up to €70,000 EUR

The Company:

After receiving $50m Series A in recent years, this fast growing ecommerce company are looking to add a senior product designer to their team.

The Role:

This role will be based working remotely in Europe. Every August there is a whole company meet-up, and there will be 1 or 2 workshops a year for the design team.

We are looking for a talented designer to lead the design and user experience of products, features, and services from discovery through to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with UX researchers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to craft the best possible experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire design process, from identifying user needs to delivering polished, ready-to-implement designs
• Work across the product lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation to validation and prototyping, ensuring the best solution is reached before development
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and delivery of designs
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve products after release, using data and user feedback for iterative enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing end-consumer products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping, with the ability to create rapid prototypes
• Hands-on experience in planning and conducting user research and concept validation
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams or squads, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers etc
• Expertise in creating user flows and journeys
• A portfolio showcasing shipped products that include your design work
• Extensive experience with Figma
