Playable Ad Developer (f/m/d)

At Kolibri Games, we are seeking a passionate Playable Ad Developer to join our Advertising and Growth team. In this role, you will contribute to creating innovative and engaging playable ads and promoting our games across various marketing platforms. Located in our Berlin office, you will work with a talented team, setting benchmarks for excellence in mobile gaming advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop playable ad experiences in Unity to promote our games across multiple marketing channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, App Stores, and ad networks).
• Optimize and adapt assets based on performance metrics (both technical and conceptual aspects).
• Build and maintain asset libraries to streamline production processes.
• Generate fresh ideas and create innovative canvases for playable ads.
• Establish and uphold best practices in ad development and design.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Unity 3D and technical knowledge of mobile applications.
• Creativity paired with a hacker mindset.
• A fast learner with strong product and/or advertising skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive spirit.
• Adaptability to change and comfort with ambiguity.

Desirable Skills

• Solid understanding of mobile games.
• Familiarity with cognitive psychology concepts.
