Who we need:

An ideal candidate would have an extensive background in IT, Banking or FinTech, be a reliable and responsive person with leadership qualities, also:

• At least 5 years of combined experience in a technology leadership role
• Experience in electronic payments/payment cards/banking/fintech industry
• Understanding cybersecurity principles and measures as well as related compliance frameworks
• Aptitude for addressing complex technical challenges and finding solutions
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team leadership skills
• Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English

Your responsibilities:

• Technical strategy: development and implementation;
• Dynamic work routine in an international FinTech company
• Team leadership: 
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Aligning development plans with business and other parties
• Implement new and innovative solutions according to the company's strategy.
• Oversee collaboration with external suppliers, partners, and consultants.
• Procurement, maintenance, and servicing of IT infrastructure and equipment.
• IT risk management and compliance
• Maintain a stable and secure IT infrastructure, information system operations, and technical support
