About the role:

You will be a specialist within SEB Global Mobility area which is responsible for employees transferred to work at any of SEB's offices abroad. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that existing employee relocation processes are executed with high-quality standards, optimize the procedures, and ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulations. To provide support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with other teams of SEB in Vilnius and other SEB sites worldwide. Together with the teams you will continuously contribute to operational process improvement activities.

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible to:

• Develop creative solutions for a variety of diverse and complex problems, ensuring continuous support within the team
• Support the annual tax filing process and be responsible for maintaining the authorization list and documentation
• Support, drive, and execute global mobility projects and initiatives as required
• Advise managers on transfer/relocation costs, best practices, tax laws, and the optimal approach to immigration for their employees
• Review and recommend improvements to global mobility approaches
• Coordinate and facilitate cooperation and communication with stakeholders and vendors
• Implement operational risk management strategies
• Drive changes and establish a proactive and efficient way of working, applying Agile methodology
  
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Previous experience working with Global mobility
• Knowledge of global employment laws, immigration regulations and tax considerations
• Ability to navigate and ensure compliance with international regulations
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• High interest in new ways of working
• Time management & prioritization
• Experience with Agile methods would be advantage
• Outgoing & positive team player
• Excellent in speaking and writing English

€2,600 - €3,900 a month

The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
