Your ‘day to day’

Join our team as Digital Lead, where you will manage the development of complex digital platforms and tools. You will:

  • Lead process of local solutions development or deployment of global digital projects in Baltic markets.
  • Analyse consumer and business needs to propose necessary digital system developments or adaptations.
  • Improve business processes to enhance the online consumer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the operations and support of your dedicated systems to ensure a high-quality daily experience for end users and maintain compliance with legal and security standards.
  • Take ownership of your area, making decisions while implementing solutions, best IT practices, and maintaining existing services with a consumer-centric focus on consumer and commercial success.
  • Manage internal project team and external development teams.
  • Build your expertise by collaborating with professionals across the company.
  • Continuously work on your personal development and competencies.

We Expect That You

  • Have a high education in IT/Digital or similar.
  • Have proven experience in leading large and complex digital projects or digital platform development, applying data-driven decisions.
  • Have experience in custom software development projects using Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Have experience in development of CRM solutions, consumer lifecycle segmentation and integration with emailing solutions.
  • Have experience of multiple systems integration and dependencies management.
  • Have knowledge of public cloud services (AWS preferred), GDPR and security concepts and tools.
  • Have experience in requirements documentations and tracking.
  • Take ownership and are the first one to spot and tackle problems.
  • Work well with cross-functional teams and have experience in managing software development and business stakeholders.
  • Operate with urgency and are comfortable with a high degree of complexity and a constantly evolving and highly dynamic business environment.
  • Are proficient in English language.

We Consider It An Advantage If You Have

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Agile (Scrum master, Product owner) certification.
  • ITIL certification.

Salary range for this role is from 4400 EUR gross to 5300 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
