DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer – Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development and deployment of robust, scalable systems.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, technical leadership, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SonarQube to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Lead containerization efforts using Docker and manage orchestration platforms like AKS/Kubernetes for scalable and efficient deployments.
• Work extensively with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, leveraging cloud-native tools and concepts for deployment and operations.
• Develop scripts and tools in Python to enhance DevOps workflows and automation.
• Provide technical leadership to the team, oversee progress, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of DevOps solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in:
• Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with industry-standard tools.
• Containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes/AKS.
• Working with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Proficiency in Python programming for automation and workflow improvement.
• Proven experience leading teams technically, preparing progress reports, and managing stakeholder communication.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile development environment, ensuring iterative and incremental delivery of projects.
