Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development of OutSystems applications for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and business analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of OutSystems developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and understand client requirements
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated on the latest OutSystems features and technologies
• Mentor and train junior developers on OutSystems best practices
• Communicate project progress and any roadblocks to project managers and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies within the team
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OutSystems development
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems platform, including development, deployment, and debugging
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and French
