D365 Project Manager (Contract) – Sweden

Duration: 6+ months

Seeking a skilled D365 Project Manager to join the team. You will play a role in delivering end-to-end projects across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) modules, ensuring successful implementations that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 projects across all modules (e.g., Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, HR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee change management processes and ensure user adoption of D365 solutions.
• Prepare and present project status reports, key milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations, covering multiple modules.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 or project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential; Swedish language skills are a plus.
