Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, creating user-centered solutions that align with business goals and delivering high-quality designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of growth.
• Drive product strategy by contributing to the vision, identifying opportunities for innovation, and staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Our Candidate Preferences:

• Experience with product design and accustomed to working in rapid cycles: plan → execute → validate → improve.
• 4+ years of experience in product design, including at least 2+ years as a Senior Product Designer, with solid experience mentoring junior and middle-level designers and fostering their growth.
• Skilled in designing for multiple platforms, familiar with iOS and Android guidelines, and experienced in working on admin panels, SaaS projects, and complex desktop solutions.
• Proficient in Figma, with deep knowledge of its tools and workflows, ensuring efficient and high-quality design delivery.
• Excellent communication skills: able to clearly present ideas, defend design decisions, provide constructive feedback, listen effectively, and maintain a proactive, positive mindset in interactions.
• Self-sufficient and highly responsible, capable of organizing work effectively, taking ownership of tasks, and proactively improving designs when opportunities for enhancement arise.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher, enabling clear communication in an international team.
