Job Description:

LCA analysis of cars as input for Vehicle Footprint including report.

1. Agglomeration of the BOM of full vehicle (List of all components with weight and Component ID) with the material Information for those Component form IMDS Files (List with component, weight, material info) into processable list for Gabi CO2 calculation. Therefore, a mapping process with macros or KI, python or in excel has to be established.

2. Correlation with measures for each individual component according to the internal Prognosis tool (Excel file on SharePoint) as well as with the contract data in Portal. Eventually Supplier contacting in case of deviations.

3. Calculate the vehicle footprint (CO2e and secondary material content) with GaBi software from list of cars.

b) LCA -modelling of components and processes in Gabi software.

1. Tire production.

2. Catalysator production.

c) LCA-analysis from prognosis tool (Excel list on SharePoint) and creating of presentations for Synchro point reporting.

d) Optimization of existing excel tools.

e) Support with the evaluation, data analysis and creation of reports and presentations for material restrictions (regulations such as ELV, REACh, POP) as well as for material related regulatory reporting requirements, required tools: IMDs, Material Database MDB, Excel, Power Point

f) Generation of power point presentations from hand sketches or first drafts in Power Point according to organization standards and CI and with appealing design.
