The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with Python, particularly in creating and manipulating DataFrames and transitioning existing Excel based files into Python. Must have experience in machine learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other relevant tools) for developing models, automating and enhancing processes.
Technical Skills: Proven experience with Python, especially with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience using Bloomberg API integration to Python, a plus Experience in working with Excel and migrating data from Excel to Python using libraries such as openpyxl, xlrd, or pandas.
Strong knowledge of data processing and data cleaning techniques to ensure accuracy and integrity during the migration process
Experience in data science/statistics, signal research and analysis, backtestesting, factor modelling, a plus Experience with SQL for querying and integrating databases Familiarity with full-stack development, including experience with Back End development, APIs, and user authentication a plus (experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI is a plus)
Familiarity with building and maintaining SaaS applications and deploying them on cloud platform, a plus Strong attention to detai, ability to work independently with minimal supervision Sense of ownership, integrity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer
