Our client are built on enterprise Decision Intelligence solutions and are looking for a CRO to join them in their Riyadh Office!


To be successful in this role, the CRO should have a strong background in Software as a service (SaaS) and revenue management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The CRO should have a deep understanding of the tech industry and MENA market trends that affect it.


The CRO should also be able to work collaboratively with other departments within the company, such as production and logistics, to ensure that sales targets are met and that customer needs are being addressed.


The CRO should be committed to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that the company is delivering high-quality products and services.


Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive revenue strategy that encompasses sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

2. Sales Management: Oversee the sales organization, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and business development teams. Set sales targets, monitor sales performance, and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns, ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are closely aligned for maximum impact.

4. Customer Success Management: Oversee the customer success organization, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling, contributing to revenue growth.

5. Pricing and Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement pricing strategies and revenue optimization initiatives, including new product offerings, bundling, and upselling opportunities.

6. Data-driven Decision-making: Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and finance teams to align revenue-generating initiatives with company-wide goals and objectives.

8. Executive Leadership: Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing input on overall company strategy and direction.


Requirements:


● MBA/Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.

● A minimum of 10 years of experience in Software as a service (SaaS), Tech business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

● Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue strategies in a tech company.

● Strong understanding of [specific industry or technology, e.g., artificial intelligence, software development, or blockchain] and its market landscape.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

● Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
