We at Coforge are hiring for a Performance Engineer with the below skillset -

• Design and plan performance test artifacts, including test estimation, scheduling, strategies, execution reports, defect reports, and summary reports.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong SQL skills and troubleshooting experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of working with Pega and Informatica.
• Expert in AWS, Java, Selenium and JMeter for Web UI.
• Lead the execution of performance analysis, planning, and performance improvement activities.
• Perform technical analysis during the discovery phase, including scripting protocols and monitoring requirements.
• Produce high-quality test artifacts such as application simulation models, test cases, defects, and complex test data, adhering to internal standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain test performance suites.
• Report on testing activities, escalate risks and issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Support the development of performance testing strategies that enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality results.
• Provide expert technical advice on system usability and performance to senior staff and systems developers.
• Plan and manage complex performance tests to ensure applications meet specific technical requirements prior to release.
• Mentor team members, share your knowledge within the performance testing realm.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer systems/ Software/Electronics engineering related qualification

• Thought leadership in performance testing & engineering.

• Basic understanding of Non-Functional Testing.

• Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions.

• Risk management skills.

• Stakeholder management skills.
