As the Lead Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing my client’s product roadmap. In this role, you’ll guide and mentor a team of three Product Managers, ensuring their efforts align with the company’s overarching product vision and strategic goals. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you’ll drive initiatives that deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
This role requires a unique balance of strategic foresight and hands-on execution. You’ll focus on the bigger picture while diving into the details when needed, ensuring products consistently exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in customer experience and ability to inspire collaboration will be pivotal to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of three Product Managers, equipping them with the tools and guidance to excel in their roles.
- Shape and execute the product strategy in alignment with business objectives, user needs, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a roadmap focused on outstanding customer outcomes.
- Leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to make informed decisions and prioritize initiatives that solve meaningful problems.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, empowering your team to think ambitiously while maintaining a results-driven mindset.
- Refine and evolve the product vision, ensuring alignment for both immediate priorities and long-term goals.
- Continuously improve the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership: 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading teams of Product Managers.
- Expertise in customer experience, with a deep understanding of what drives user engagement and satisfaction.
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution, with a demonstrated ability to set direction and deliver results.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning and motivating diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable in agile environments, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes.
- Experience in B2C product management is a bonus but not essential.
- A data-driven mindset and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings, adapting quickly to evolving market demands.
