As a Product Designer, you will be accountable for executing design tasks with guidance and support. You'll assist in creating visual designs and user interfaces, collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.

What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years’ experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer
- Experience within finance or service industries.
- Working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principles.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods.
- Ability to perform the essential capabilities required in this role.
- Proven experience using design processes and tools to digitise experiences including the use of Figma, usertesting.com and Adobe Creative suite.
- Experience in visual design and user interactions.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Mindset - A good understanding of human-centred design (HCD), applying customer-centric and design thinking to create outstanding customer and banker experiences; have a growth mindset, striving for personal and organisational growth.
- Development - Engage in training and learning sessions across design to build skills in design tools, research methods and prototyping, demonstrating in project work.
- Research and Testing - Assist and support user/customer research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Prototyping - Create static or basic interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- End to End Experience - Contribute to the design of end-to-end user experience by understanding user needs, defining user journeys and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Quality and Consistency - Ensure designs align with established design guidelines and standards.
- Inclusive Design - Apply the principles of inclusive design to create products and services that are accessible by everyone.
- Design System - Use the design system as a foundation for all design work, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Collaboration - Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.
- Communication - Communicate, visualise and present design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders and domain partners.
- Mentorship & Coaching - Actively seek out mentorship and coaching from senior team members, applying feedback to develop skills and gain knowledge in design.
