- Deliver UI designs and prototypes that align to customer/business objectives
- Support and guide technology teams in design implementation - with the ability to adjust designs based on technological capability or limitations.
- Facilitate and execute customer testing to report back to the business to measure customer efficacy.
- Day to Day design activities (marketing, proposals) to support ongoing business activities
- Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
- Min 5 years experience in consumer digital products UX/UI design and customer testing
- Strong technical capability and experience in design toolsets (Figma, Usertesting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Demonstrable stakeholder influencing skills
