• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, resources, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, aligning with organizational priorities.
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates.
• Align business needs with deliverables, ensuring practical and achievable solutions.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
• Support process improvements during project delivery.
• Document project outcomes and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mid-to-large projects with cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
• Basic understanding of integrations, automation, and data migrations.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams to align deliverables with business needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Experience translating non-technical stakeholder requirements into actionable plans.
