We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on user research, customer acquisition, and retention for Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic. We believe in building products that make a real difference, especially when it comes to something as essential as sleep health.
As a Product Manager, you’ll shape how users experience our product, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive, helpful, and impactful. You’ll join a collaborative team of 10 (7 engineers, 2 data scientists, and 1 PM) and work closely with operations, growth, and marketing teams to optimize acquisition and retention funnels, enhance the product, and make quick, data-driven decisions. About the Role - Key responsibilities
- Acquisition Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the patient acquisition funnel using data-driven insights. Develop strategies to attract and engage new users, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Retention and engagement: Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to enhance user retention and lifetime value. Map and optimize the user journey by addressing pain points and improving engagement metrics.
- User-CentricProduct Development: Advocate for a user-first approach in product strategy, balancing user experience with business and technical considerations. Align feature development with market trends, patients needs, and organizational goals.
- User Research & Discovery: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover patients behaviors, needs, and pain points. Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and KPIs to measure feature success and drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritization & Delivery: Prioritize tasks and features based on impact and feasibility, ensuring quick, high-quality execution. Oversee functional validation and conduct feature testing to ensure each release meets user needs and product standards.
- Feature Roadmapping: Contribute to product roadmaps that align with user needs and strategic business objectives.
- Innovation and Market Awareness: Identify emerging trends, technologies, and user expectations to inform product innovation. Benchmark against competitors and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 0-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles.
Required Skills - Interest in digital health products and customer-centric development. Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies, user retention techniques, and digital health platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills - Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Analytical, strategic, and able to challenge ideas while balancing speed and quality. Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health is a plus.
