join our team and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Role Summary
In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional
teams to define, analyse, and document the technical requirements that will shape the future
of our gaming platform. You will be driving feature development with a strong focus on
platform architecture and system integrations, ensuring long-term scalability and
maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
● Work with business stakeholders to understand and translate business
requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
● Analyze existing platform architecture and integrations to ensure new features
and enhancements are feasible and align with technical standards.
● Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs, competitor offerings, and
emerging industry trends to help shape the product roadmap.
Technical Writing & Documentation:
● Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user stories, use cases,
system designs, and integration specifications.
● Maintain clear and concise records of technical requirements, decisions, and
processes for both internal teams and external partners.
● Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to key stakeholders,
including developers, QA engineers, and the product team.
Feature Development & Collaboration:
● Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other departments to
ensure the successful execution of new features and platform updates.
● Drive the feature development process from a business perspective, ensuring
technical feasibility and alignment with the platform’s architecture.
● Participate in backlog grooming, and product release planning.
Integration Management:
● Work closely with technical teams to analyze, design, and implement
integrations with third-party systems, ensuring they are seamless and scalable.
● Provide technical oversight and guidance on integrations, ensuring all systems
work together efficiently and effectively.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
● Help define acceptance criteria and ensure that all features meet business
requirements and technical specifications.
● Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases and validate the end-to-end
functionality of new features and integrations.
Continuous Improvement:
● Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in
eCommerce platforms and SaaS solutions.
● Contribute to the ongoing refinement of internal processes and development
workflows to improve product quality and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience & Background:
● 3+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or technical product
management role in eCommerce, SaaS, or technology platforms.
● Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.
● Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and system integrations in a
cloud-based environment.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers,
engineers, and designers.
Technical Skills:
● Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into
clear, understandable documentation.
● Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
● Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, data flows, and integration
patterns.
Soft Skills:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
● Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
● Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, well-documented work.
