And at the core of our offering is the Security Operations Centre, which is growing and looking for a Customer Service Manager (CSM) who is the technical support for sales and is responsible for well-being of SOC clients. 

 

Your primary responsibilities will be: 

  • Client's needs mapping and supporting sales; 
  • Coordinating the onboarding process of new SOC customers, incl. organizing and conducting workshops, coordination of log sources onboarding, customer guidance; 
  • Client communication and well-being, incl. problem solving, customer notification, reporting, etc; 
  • Coordinating different SOC's projects as a project manager; 
  • Pre-sales activities related to the Security Operations Centre, incl. technical presentation, conducting of demos, Proof-of-Value and technical questions.


Requirements for candidate

  • BA or work experience in information security, information technology or other related field; 
  • Knowledge of cyber security principles; 
  • IT project management skills; 
  • Time management and problem solving skills; 
  • Very good knowledge of Estonian and English. 


Nice to have skills include

  • Experience with Vulnerability management; 
  • Experience with Threat Intelligence.
