Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect for Workplace Services to drive technical transitions across multiple technical towers at Level 4. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in a wide range of technologies and possess strong architectural skills to ensure seamless and efficient transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technical transitions across multiple technical towers, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Develop and implement architectural solutions for Active Directory, Entra ID, M365 apps (including OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online), Copilot agents, Power Platform, and LRS VPSX printing and output management.

- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Intune and SCCM for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.

- Design and deploy Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including Citrix Cloud, and Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows 365 PC.

- Oversee application packaging for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).

- Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to train and mentor team members and ensure smooth transitions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in workplace services and automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy integrated workplace services solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Extensive experience with Active Directory and Entra ID architecture and management.

- Proficiency in M365 apps, including OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online. - Strong knowledge of Copilot agents and Power Platform solutions.

- Experience with LRS VPSX printing and output management.

- Advanced skills in Intune and SCCM for managing Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.

- Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including Citrix Cloud, and Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows 365 PC.

- Proven experience in application packaging for multiple platforms.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, HLDs, and LLDs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications in the mentioned technologies and platforms.

- Experience with additional workplace services solutions and automation tools.

- Strong project management skills and experience leading technical transitions.
