Senior Platform Development Engineer (Linux)

One of our biggest clients in the IT/Telecoms industry, a global provider of network test, monitoring and assurance solutions for telecommunications, cloud, enterprises, first responders, military, aerospace, and railway is currently looking for a Senior Platform Development Engineer (Linux)

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will work as part of the Platform Team within the Research and Development team on the client's exciting TeraVM suite of products, which provide world leading solutions for validating cutting edge telecommunications networks.

What they're looking for:

• At least 7+ years of solid experience and understanding of Linux operating systems

• Looking for a strong Linux Engineer with DevOps / Cloud experience

• Extensive scripting and automation experience in Bash / Perl / Python (7+ years)

• Performance Tuning / Network Tuning

• Experience using Cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack) would be an advantage
