About the role:
Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers, and People Partners work in close partnership as one client-facing delivery team, forming the People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization. P3 builds strategic partnerships with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy, and execution, to ongoing consultation to build hard-working and engaged teams.
The TA team in EMEA consists of team members in Spain, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden with various backgrounds in human resources, law, and engineering. Your responsibilities will be to build close partnerships with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and drive our recruitment processes to ensure successful, efficient, and qualitative hiring. This position is key to continuing Nasdaq’s growth where you will have a significant impact building our brand and improving our hiring processes as we scale and build Nasdaq.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 2100-2900 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.

Our Vilnius office is in the modern K29 business center just outside the city center. The office is most easily accessed via bus, but we also offer bike storage. Our modern working space offers a beautiful and ergonomic environment, kitchen spaces, and an in-house library. The building also hosts a canteen and vending machine and there are a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities may change over time but you can expect responsibilities like:
- Serve as the Primary TA Partner over assigned core groups and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Participate in projects to improve the TA function (globally and regionally), and support special projects for other People@Nasdaq teams.
- Work in partnership with TA Sourcers, Coordinators, and People Partners on process and strategy improvement to attract the best talent in a niche market.
- Ensure our candidate experience is positive, fair, and reflective of Nasdaq’s values.
- Contribute to the development of our global recruitment processes and policies.
- Collaborate with test and recruitment vendors.
- When needed, support the Talent Attraction team with Employer branding-related activities such as planning and coordination of internal and external events.
- A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience with in-house recruitment supporting various tech and/or business teams
- Proficient in creating sourcing strategies and a deep understanding of how to attract talent
- A great teammate with a team-player mentality who thrives collaborating across teams, functions, and locations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal partners
- A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English communication (written and spoken)
- Work experience from the FinTech industry in an international environment
- Workday experience
