Cyber Security Consultant

We are looking for a Cyber Security specialist to join our team. The Cyber Security consultant will be responsible for auditing, evaluating, designing, implementing, and monitoring security measures to protect our customers Infrastructure and data from Cyber-attacks, data breaches, and other security incidents. The successful candidate will understand the latest Cyber Security Technologies and will have practical proven experience effectively applying the best practices in real life and will work closely with other teams and business leaders to ensure the protection of our customers organization's data, systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various security auditing and designing security solutions projects:
• evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT general, application and cybersecurity controls;
• identify security and performance improvement opportunities;
• design new controls, implementations, procedures;
• document and communicate findings to clients.
• Create high-quality deliverables (reports) and participate in client presentations.
• Develop internal methodologies, tools, and infrastructure based on security auditing projects.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through sharing of experience and knowledge.
• Engage to create proposals.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in practical security testing/auditing tasks and technical background in infrastructure management, networks, and programming.
• Higher education in computer sciences/mathematics/cybersecurity.
• Certificates in security and/or cloud management e.g., CISA, ITIL, Security+, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Cloud+ will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of various security assessments and frameworks – ISO 27001, maturity models, OWASP.
• Understanding and practical application of information security principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both: written and verbal.
• Experience working with international clients and teams will count as an advantage.
