About you

We're looking for engineers who:

• Have exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of proposing and implementing radical solutions for complex technical issues without compromising existing quality.
• Move seamlessly from detail-oriented work within subsystems to a strategic perspective on the full architecture – essential for both the generated apps and the app generator itself.
• Are ready to work in fast-paced, high-velocity teams.

Example projects for your first few months

• Enhance generation quality: Improve the quality of generated applications by implementing and testing experiments from our existing pool.
• Optimize subsystem agents and communication: Refine subsystem agents and enhance communication between them to improve overall system performance.
• Enhance the UI generator: Improve the UI generator’s layout structure and visual identity, creating more user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Create new generation strategies: Propose and develop new approaches to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of app generation, pushing the boundaries of what AppGen can deliver.
• Collaborate on evaluation dataset creation: Work closely with data engineers to build and refine an evaluation dataset that ensures accurate assessment of AppGen’s performance and generation quality.
