Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer - Dutch Speaking

We are seeking a dedicated Medior Engineer with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our security and enterprise architecture team. This role requires an innovative, pragmatic, and curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering managed security services, focusing on PAM solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Medior Engineer, you will be co-responsible for executing PAM security services at the client's site. Initially, you will be part of the project and testing team, familiarizing yourself with the complex environment. You will then transition into the PAM management team. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing, documenting, and executing PAM-related test scenarios.
• Performing PAM-managed security tasks.
• Applying patches, updates, and upgrades.
• Keeping orchestration and automation of changes up to date.
• Implementing various changes beyond the listed tasks.
• Resolving incidents, including outside regular office hours.
• Coordinating cross-solution issues.
• Managing performance and capacity.
• Updating operational documentation regularly.

Profile

• MBO diploma in IT or equivalent MBO+ level thinking and working.
• Knowledge of IAM solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed services.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the security field.
• Experience in incident resolution (second and possibly third-line support).
• Automated testing experience is a plus.
• Experience in creating and maintaining installation manuals and run books is an advantage.
• Product-specific certifications in CyberArk.
• Additional certifications such as ITIL, CEH, CISSP are advantageous.
• Successful completion of government-related screening (type B).

Working Hours

Initial working hours are regular office hours, followed by on-call duties for incident response. After approximately two years, the role will require a three-shift on-site schedule (24/7 coverage).
