We are looking for an Android Software Developer!

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Android applications from the requirements to the Google Play Store
• Follow the best mobile and Java/Kotlin practices to create clean, documented and reusable code
• Develop network sensitive applications integrated with security and different authentication providers
• Work closely with the design team to deliver the best UX
• Participate in code reviews and implement tests to ensure high-quality software
• Commitment to complete projects on time
• Help the team evolve, sharing and experimenting new ideas and technologies.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Android development
• Solid knowledge of the Android SDK, working with Java or Kotlin
• Good knowledge of Android design patterns and software architecture principles (MVP/MVVM)
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and fundamentals of the different stages of mobile development, including automated testing, build processes and deployment
• Creating testable code and make testing a priority
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Write and review code, troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain project plans and reports
• Prior experience with Git source control system and tools such as GitHub or GitLab
• Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience and knowledge with Android Automotive. Plus
• Knowledge of C++. Plus
• Knowledge of Gerrit. Plus
• Understanding of Flutter framework development, being comfortable with Dart language. Plus
• Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C). Plus
• Expertise with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services. Plus
• Versatile with 3rd party libraries. Plus
• Having published apps in Google Play. Plus
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins). Plus
