As our Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, connecting with key financial players, attending strategic events, and building a powerful client network. We are looking for a Front-End Developer with experience in React and TypeScript, who understands the importance of performance, scalability, and code maintainability. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our front-end architecture, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience on a global fintech platform.

What You’ll Do

Frontend development & Performance optimization

• Implement and enhance front-end architecture using React and modern tools.
• Translate designs into clean, efficient, and scalable TypeScript code.
• Optimize application performance by configuring and fine-tuning Webpack.
  
  
  

State management & Code maintainability

• Implement and maintain Redux-based state management solutions.
• Apply Solid and Clean Code principles to ensure long-term code quality.
  
  
  

Testing & Development environment

• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Set up and optimize the development environment with Webpack, Babel, and other relevant tools.
  
  
  

Usability & agile collaboration

• Conduct usability evaluations and user testing to enhance the UI/UX experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Implement CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript.
• Advanced knowledge of Redux and Webpack for state management and performance optimization.
• Strong expertise in setting up and fine-tuning development environments.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies (cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluation, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and work in high-impact environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree in software development or equivalent experience.
