HR Specialist

Proclinical is seeking an HR Specialist to join our client's team in Zurich. This role focuses on supporting HR operations and projects within a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is comfortable working in a global setting.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of three HR members to support various HR functions.
• Contribute to HR projects, particularly in implementation and workflow documentation.
• Utilize Excel and SharePoint for data management and documentation tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong skills in Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience in a global or international HR environment is beneficial.
