Program management support/ coach SAFE

Program Management Support and Agile Coach SAFE - vacancy for a globally operating Rotkreuz based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with 7 Agile teams to ensure seamless operation of the Agile Release Train in alignment with the 2-year strategic roadmap
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a logical, practical work breakdown structure
• Develop and manage short, mid, and long-term timelines for backlog items
• Maintain consistent, complete, and up-to-date plans and backlogs across all teams
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to Agile best practices
• Collaborate with teams to refine and optimize practices in compliance-related areas, leveraging Jira-integrated requirements and test management tools

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within SAFe implementations
• Demonstrated success in implementing the SAFe framework in an international environment
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, particularly within a SAFe framework
• Expert-level knowledge of Jira-based backlog management, planning tools, and related plugins
• Relevant degree, supplemented by certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
• Language skills: English - fluent
