As a UX and UI Designer at Mölnlycke, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Drive and support the overall vision and mission of the Digital Customer Engagement organisation with innovative solutions for user research, feedback, and design.
- Collaborate with the User Experience Guild and delivery team members to meet commitments.
- Lead the discovery, design, and execution of Mölnlycke's Design System, ensuring it aligns with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Develop and document customer personas, needs, and processes, using insights to design impactful solutions.
- Create visual prototypes and perform relevant tests with users and customers.
- Prepare and execute user testing to validate business value and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to the global Digital Customer Engagement strategy, emphasizing digital innovation and customer centricity.

What You’ll Need
- A university degree in computer science, interface design, user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience designing digital products, with expertise in architecture, interaction, visual design, and UX research.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience in developing design systems.
- Strong skills in documenting customer profiles, needs, and journeys.
- A people-focused design mentality and the ability to build empathy and clarity to address user needs effectively.
- Experience in agile development, DesignOps and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
