Within Digital Customer Engagement we strive to accelerate the value creation of digital touch points in our end-to-end customer journeys globally in the most efficient way. We are a driver to make Mölnlycke perceived a digital leader in our industry.

As a UX and UI Designer at Mölnlycke, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive and support the overall vision and mission of the Digital Customer Engagement organisation with innovative solutions for user research, feedback, and design.
  • Collaborate with the User Experience Guild and delivery team members to meet commitments.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and execution of Mölnlycke's Design System, ensuring it aligns with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Develop and document customer personas, needs, and processes, using insights to design impactful solutions.
  • Create visual prototypes and perform relevant tests with users and customers.
  • Prepare and execute user testing to validate business value and ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the global Digital Customer Engagement strategy, emphasizing digital innovation and customer centricity.

What You’ll Need

  • A university degree in computer science, interface design, user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience designing digital products, with expertise in architecture, interaction, visual design, and UX research.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience in developing design systems.
  • Strong skills in documenting customer profiles, needs, and journeys.
  • A people-focused design mentality and the ability to build empathy and clarity to address user needs effectively.
  • Experience in agile development, DesignOps and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
