Lead Project Manager

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for an Lead Project Manager to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

• As Lead Project Manager we offer you an interesting and developing environment. We think that you, as well as we, are dedicated to technical innovation and strive to continuously develop and improve methods and way of working.
• The work is varying and challenging, so a flexible mindset is a strong asset. You will be representing features, verification, and validation in either technology stream or in an Intro program, and highly involved to secure that the products launched to our customers are quality assured.
• You will lead a team of feature engineers and test engineers to develop and execute applicable verification and validation activities.
• You will also make sure that optimization of trucks is taken into account as well as both platform and application aspects.
• In this position you take decisions with the end customer in focus. You will continuously report status to answer on technical maturity, product status or product value. A close collaboration with other Project managers is a must. Desired qualifications and experience.

Knowledge/Skills:

• We believe that you have an engineering degree, or equivalent
• We want you to have experience from project management and a PMP certification is a merit.
• We want you to support our teams on how to apply PM expertise skills.
• We assume that you are used to lead complex projects with many stakeholders.
• We require that you have experience of technology development and have a vehicles product know-how
• We think that you have extensive experience in vehicle verification and validation
• We want you to partizipate in portfolie analysis and Lead the compaltion of V&V overtime for a product segment
• We see that you take active part in leading both strategy and continues improvement work
• We see that you have excellent skills in planning and can monitor progress towards the project plan.
• We require that you have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
• We see that you are an inspiring leader with a willingness for driving self and team development, with a high level of integrity and easily build trust. It is also important to be able to manage ambiguity and lead in transformation.
