What You’ll Do

As our 2025 intern in the Business Development & Analytics team, you will support with various tasks in digital sales, analytics, and business development. Your main duties will involve working with data and providing support for different projects:

• Market research: Share weekly updates on competitors and industry trends to help the company make informed decisions.
• Tracking economic data: Monitor and report on key economic data every month.
• Analytics support: Assist the team in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.
• Support digital sales: help the Nordic digital sales leader evaluate the digital performance of adidas' key retail partners.
• Project support: Help the Business Development team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Consumer insights: Share insights and market trends that help the team make better decisions and take effective actions.
  
  

Skills You’ll Need

• Recently graduated in Sales, Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with and analysing large data sets
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Passion for the adidas brand
