Android Developer

We are looking for a colleague to work for our Mobile Development Team in the New Media Department as an Android Developer in İstanbul.

Job Description

● Design and development of applications for Android platforms, ensuring the performance and quality,

● Building modular and component based projects for company,

● Collaborate with our product and design teams to define features specifications and timelines,

● Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies,

● Stay up to date with the latest technologies and continually iterate on new releases to ensure market leading digital products.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field

● At least 4 years of experience in developing high-performance Android applications

● Experience in Kotlin. Java is plus

● Experience working with Reactive Programming and different design patterns

● Proficiency in media industry programs (OTT, DRM, Video Ads) is a plus

● Experience in Android TV (Leanback) and ExoPlayer knowledge is a plus

● Experience in Jetpack Components

● High level of proficiency in version control systems (preferably Git)

● Strong coding and development background
