Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management (OCM) principles across the organization.
  • Provide support to the organization during both technological and organizational changes.
  • Create innovative solutions in the area of services and products in collaboration with business teams, designers, and IT specialists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to promote modern ways of working, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Service/Product Design methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, including applying principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale organizational or technological change initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Open-minded, creative, and eager to innovate and experiment.
  • Knowledge and interest in trending topics such as Agile ways of working, Design Thinking, UX, and innovation.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultancy skills.
  • Self-organized, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
