Job Description

Join the Inetum Polska team as an IT Project Manager and take part in the implementation of innovative projects for our clients! We are looking for a person with experience in IT project management who will find his/her way in a dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency, good communication and the highest quality of service.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating and collaboratively analyzing business requirements for projects.
• Supporting the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimations.
• Developing comprehensive project plans.
• Managing project risks and finances effectively.
• Monitoring project progress, including coordinating daily activities of the project team.
• Utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and ensure project delivery.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Reporting project results and statuses to leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-have skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• A degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and processes.
• Proven experience in preparing project proposals and cost estimations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is a plus.
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
