📢 We are seeking a Product Manager for Partnership Products and Backend.

In this role, you will drive the expansion of the bank's merchant acquiring portfolio, introduce cutting-edge product offerings, and strengthen the payment solutions and services infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance customer journeys and ensure best practices for merchant onboarding activities.
• Provide techno-functional support, improve backend systems for efficient digital merchant onboarding and reduced turnaround times.
• Develop strategies for payment acceptance products and services.
• Design processes to expand channels like Lead Generators and Payment Aggregators.
• Identify new ideas to enhance product offerings and improve merchant retention.
• Maximize CAPEX budget effectiveness with face-to-face acceptance solutions.
• Define and present initiative goals and deliverables.
• Provide payment acceptance solutions via digital onboarding tools.
• Deliver presentations, training, and product demonstrations.
• Contribute to RFP analysis, pricing, and requirements workshops.
• Work closely with Business Banking and Wholesale Banking teams to enable SMEs and Enterprises with payment acceptance solutions via integrated digital on-boarding tools.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, etc.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the payment card industry and related systems, preferably in POS and E-commerce business.
• Successful project/product implementations in the Acquiring Business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
